Eric launches The Eric Chow Empowers Podcast: interviews with people who have overcome difficult life challenges, and monologues sharing what he has learned from his own experience and the many dozens of stories he has heard and read. The first numbered episode, 7 Key Tips to Good Decision Making, reads an article he published that August.

On Twitter, Eric sees a post from a man he has followed for a few months: Isaac Mashman is looking to go on a podcast tour. “Being a new podcaster, I shot my shot.” A few hours later, Isaac gives him his phone number.
