Eric launched the show in August 2019 to empower its listeners through conversational storytelling: the people he interviewed, and the lessons he had collected from books and from life.
Within days of launching, he saw a tweet from Isaac Mashman, who was looking to go on a podcast tour. Eric invited him, and episode 5 became the first conversation of a partnership that led to Mashman Consulting Group. The show ran until February 2023.
